The service was excellent! On time to pick up and delivery was as promised. John was very helpful in advice on the continued care of the carpeting and explained in detail the cleaning process. With the present restrictions during the pandemic and the inclement weather, the quality of service was even more appreciated----and done with a smile! Stunning results that exceeded our expectations! John not only made our tumbled marble floor gorgeous, he provided expert advice on maintenance. Prior to meeting John, we had considered ripping out the floor because it was not our style and presented many cleaning challenges given it was natural stone that had not been sealed by the previous owner. A full mug of hot coffee was spilled on light colored carpet in our family room. John Burdick did a fantastic job getting it out. His knowledge and expertise for cleaning rugs is unsurpassed. Had our hardwood floors cleaned by Burdick’s and we are very pleased. Before our appointment everything was clearly described, and then John explained everything when he arrived, too. Our floors look brand new! We are super rough on our floors (2 adults, 2 young children, 3 dogs) so I was majorly impressed with how great they look - and they still look great! We will definitely invest in periodic cleanings and follow the recommendation for the finish that can be applied, too! Pricing was very fair, too!

My wool/oriental rug had not been cleaned in over 5 years. I am moving and wanted to take a clean rug with me. John was very professional and explained the types of stains and cleaning process to address them He sent me photos during the process highlighting problem areas and the end result. I have a dog and a cat and use Nature's Miracle if they throw up on my rug (it happens) - John provided me with a superior product to help with this issue. Highly recommend Burdick's for any of your carpet cleaning needs. 5 stars for sure!!

John was prompt and did an excellent job, but more importantly he shared his knowledge of how to maintain our carpets, even down to, "be sure to clean the bottom of your vacuum before you vacuum after the carpets are cleaned" which I never thought about but makes so much sense. He really cares about his work.

I will always use Burdick's Cleaning! I have had my carpets steam cleaned and I have had a bedroom cleaned because of my dog marking the room. During both services, John explained his products and how and why he cleaned a room in a certain way. It is my pleasure to recommend John Burdick's cleaning services. I have used his services for carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, window fashions, and upholstery. Mr. Burdick has also helped me with difficult carpet stains. Most recently, Mr. Burdick cleaned my carpets for the second time. The carpets were installed in 2012. The results of the cleanings were impressive. I would not have thought it possible to restore the carpet pattern and color so beautifully. We had Burdick’s come out to clean a very trafficked area rug, carpeted stairs, and a high traffic carpet hallway. The results are great and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He also gave us some very useful tips on how we can keep the carpets clean in between cleanings.
